DSM Music Group was founded in 2016 by International DJ Stephen. DSM is an acronym for Development Services & Management. Stephen believes that the Caribbean is filled with unbelievable talent that often times don't have support, knowledge, direction or network, so this label was founded with the premise to aide, develop and help manage that talent.
